General Information
Where is Churrasco Phuket Steakhouse located?
We are located inside the Jungceylon Shopping Centre, Patong Beach, Phuket. Our exact location is in the Garden Zone, close to the Second Street entrance – Unit 3127.
What are your opening hours?
We are open daily and all year from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM (last order at 10:45 PM).
Is Churrasco Phuket Steakhouse independently owned or part of a chain?
We are an independent, privately owned, and locally operated steakhouse with over 13 years of experience, serving Phuket’s most affordable premium-quality steaks.
How long has the restaurant been operating?
Since January 2012, and continually under the same private ownership.
Is your restaurant air-conditioned?
We have two seating areas – indoors and outdoors. The indoor area is fully air-conditioned at a comfortable level.
Do you allow smoking?
Smoking is prohibited by Thai law in our indoor area. However, we provide a smoker’s corner adjacent to our outdoor seating area..
How about the use of Cannabis?
We are a family-friendly restaurant, and therefore strictly prohibit anyone from consuming Cannabis or any other type of drug on our premises. No exceptions.
Are you LGBTQ and transgender friendly?
We welcome and serve anyone with a smile, regardless of race, nationality, religion, or personal and sexual orientation. We are a highly popular and professionally run restaurant, not a political institution.

Reservations & Booking
Do I need to make a reservation?
Walk-ins are always welcome, but reservations are recommended, especially after 6pm. During our high season (December 15th – February 15th), we usually do not accept reservations for bookings after 6pm, and rely on walk-ins. The best way to secure a table during this peak period is to call us and arrange a table over the phone. We always try to accommodate everyone.

Do you accept reservations for large groups or events?
Yes, we can accommodate large parties, birthdays, and corporate events – with advance notice.
Is there a deposit required for reservations?
Only for very large groups, or peak-season bookings. We’ll inform you during the booking process if it’s needed and how to organise it.
What type of food do you serve?
We are best known for offering Phuket’s most affordable top quality Wagyu and Black Angus steaks and burgers. Our menu also features a range of starters, grill items like lamb chops, and mixed meat skewers. There also are a number of savoury Thai menu items, authentic pasta, fresh salads, and excellent seafood options.

Do you serve anything other than steak?
Yes, we also offer:

- Authentic Italian pasta (one of our two owners is Italian)

Do you have vegetarian options?
We do offer several vegetarian-friendly dishes, sides, salads, and pastas.
Is your beef Halal-certified?
Yes, all our meat is 100% certified HALAL – beef, lamb & chicken. We do not offer, serve, or stock any pork or pork lard items whatsoever.
Are you a nut-free restaurant?
Yes, our kitchen is completely nut-free.
Steak & Beef Specifics
What types of beef do you serve?
We serve Australian Wagyu, Black Angus, and other high-quality imported beef. We pride ourselves on offering top-quality steaks at excellent value.
Are your steaks aged?
We professionally wet-age all our steaks in-house to preserve their natural flavor and tenderness.
What’s the best done-ness level for your steaks?
We usually recommend medium or medium rare, especially for our Wagyu cuts. This best showcases the effects of their marbling and very unique flavor profiles. However, we of course do offer all other levels of done-ness, ranging from Rare to Well Done.
Service & Experience
Is your staff fluent in English?
Yes, our team speaks English, Thai, Burmese, and Vietnamese – along with Spanish and Italian.
Is service charge included?
We charge the customary Thai service charge of 10%. Tipping beyond that is appreciated but entirely optional.
What’s the dress code?
Smart casual is fine. We’re located in a beach town, so no formal attire is necessary. We do however require that guests wear at least a T-shirt and shorts. Bathing suits and bare chests – no matter how toned or bronzed – are not suitable attire for our restaurant.

Is your service kid-friendly?
Absolutely. We happily welcome families. and offer kid-friendly dishes and seating arrangements.
Do you have high chairs for toddlers?
Yes, we have several comfortable and safe high chairs available.
Is there a children’s menu?
Yes, children receive their very own pictured menu card after seating.
Do you allow strollers inside the restaurant?
Our layout can accommodate strollers comfortably in our outdoor area.
Drinks & Alcohol
Do you serve wine and cocktails?
Yes, we offer Phuket’s top value-for-money quality wines, as well as a full range of beers and cocktails – including our famous Latin-inspired drinks.
Can I bring my own wine?
Yes, but a nominal corkage fee applies for the professional wine service provided by us. Please contact us in advance for details.
Prices & Payments
What’s the price range for steaks?
Our steak prices start at around 500 – 600 THB, with our Wagyu cuts starting at 800 THB.
Are these prices reasonable?
We are very familiar with the steakhouse scene in Phuket, so we know that we offer the best value-for-money imported quality steaks on the island.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay, and JCB. We also accept Alipay and the Thai PromptPay system, which has reciprocal agreements with several international QR-code based payment systems. And cash, of course.
Do you charge VAT?
Yes, we pay tax like everyone else, so we charge the obligatory Thailand VAT (currently 7%).
Accessibility
Is your restaurant wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Jungceylon and especially our ground floor restaurant are fully accessible.
Do you have accessible toilets?
Yes, there are easily accessible restrooms in the shopping centre, close to the restaurant.
Parking & Transport
Is there parking available?
Yes, Jungceylon offers ample parking, including car and motorbike areas. Parking is free for a reasonable time (currently three hours) with a shopping / restaurant receipt and parking attendant stamp.
How far is the restaurant from Patong Beach?
We are 10 minutes’ walk from Patong Beach, right in the centre of Patong.
Can I take a taxi or Grab directly to the restaurant?
Yes, just set the destination to Jungceylon Shopping Centre, Garden Zone.
