The story of our success

Churrasco Phuket Steakhouse, Phuket's original South American steakhouse, is located in the “Garden Zone” of Jungceylon Mall in Patong. Launched in January 2012 by two close friends and avid foodies who had both previously lived in Latin America, the restaurant grew from their shared passion for the continent and its food. Unimpressed with the quality and steep prices of the steaks on offer in Phuket at the time, they decided to introduce the cultures and cuisines of this beautiful continent to Phuket in January 2012.

Churrasco Phuket's menu is intentionally diverse, designed to satisfy serious meat lovers and their families. Classic cuts such as Tenderloin, Rib Eye, Sirloin, and Oyster Blade are served with a variety of sauces and sides. The true stars of the steak show, though, are three authentic Brazilian and Argentinian-style Wagyu beef cuts: Picanha (D-Rump Cap), Solomillo (Top Tender Cut), and Maminha (Rump Tip). All our meats are certified Halal at origin.

Churrasco Phuket's superb grain-fed Wagyu and Black Angus steaks are always imported deep-chilled, never frozen, and offered in various sizes - up to half a kilo. Once accepted at the restaurant, they are wet-aged in a controlled environment, then char-grilled à la minute to your specifications and served with a warm smile. Our menu also features other grill favourites, including lamb chops and mixed meat skewers, as well as pasta and seafood options. Starters include signature dishes such as Garlic Prawns, Chili con Carne, Calamares, Chicken Tacos, and Spicy Chicken Wings, alongside a selection of fresh salads and hearty soups.

Churrasco Phuket's long-standing reputation doesn't end with excellent steaks. We also serve six Gourmet Wagyu Burgers, including our best-selling Classic Wagyu Cheeseburger, our now legendary “El Gordo” 400g double-patty Wagyu Cheeseburger, the popular Churrasco Wagyu Machoburger, and our Wagyu Truffle Burger. More recent additions include our Wagyu Mexican Smashburger and Argentinian-style Wagyu Chimichurri Smashburger.

Churrasco Phuket rounds off your dining experience with Latin and classic cocktails, Phuket's most affordable quality wine list, and a Latin music selection that changes daily. At dessert time, try our signature “Copa Mango Tango”, a unique Mango Sticky Rice Ice Cream Sundae, or one of our chocolate lava cakes and brownies. They are the perfect ending to a great “steak out” night in Phuket.

More than fourteen years later, that remains exactly what we set out to be.
